Dr. Karin Neuhaus

Chiropractor

"My mission is to provide personalized, quality chiropractic care with an emphasis on preventative measures and patient education.

I strive to give patients a more fulfilled and enjoyable quality of life by educating them about holistic wellness—chiropractic care, healthy lifestyle choices, and the active preservation and restoration of their own health.

Chiropractic addresses the body’s ability to heal itself without the use of surgery or medication. We address the biomechanics, structure, and function of the spine and its effects on the musculoskeletal and nervous system, with the goal of keeping all of these systems functioning together optimally.

The compounded effects of life’s daily stressors on the human body are far greater than most people realize. That’s why we treat the “whole person” and not just active symptoms. With that mantra, our patients regain and maintain their health."

Dr. Karin Neuhaus graduated with honors from Plattsburgh State University in 2002, where she earned a Bachelors of Science degree with a focus on Biology and pre-medical studies. She then earned her doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College, where she graduated with honors in March of 2006.

In her ten years of practice, Dr. Neuhaus has developed a heightened ability to quickly and accurately pinpoint a patient’s problem area. Exposure to countless spinal and joint injuries, as well as various preventative and corrective care programs, has enabled her to trace most everyday aches and pains to joint dysfunction and postural imbalances.

She uses a variety of techniques—diversified manipulative, activator methods, Charette extremity adjusting, soft tissue techniques, and therapeutic exercise rehabilitation (including functional and corrective exercises)—to resolve pain, restore proper functionality, and train patients to maintain those adjustments on their own.

Dr. Neuhaus is an active member of the International Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractors Association Council on Wellness Science."
